Verification Process
Sourcing and verification
Most Indonesian suppliers on the internet forward messages from parties they have never met. We operate on the ground to inspect, verify, and document every batch before it ships.
Four steps of verification
Step 01
Facility visit
We visit the partner facility in [TBD] and photograph the drying area, the press, and the packing station on the same day.
Step 02
Batch sampling
A sample is drawn from the actual batch, labelled with the production date, and kept until the container ships so any dispute can be checked against it.
Step 03
Laboratory testing
Testing is done by [TBD]. The report is shared as issued, not retyped. Parameters depend on the product.
Step 04
Loading supervision
Photos of the loading, the seal number, and the packing list are sent on the day of loading — before the vessel departs, not after.
Verification Documents
